the effective way to get the job,we must prepare the possibility question that the employer will ask..in order to answer the question effectively,we must do more research and homework to make a preparation for further..sometimes, the employer will ask something that we didn't expected..it is one of their trick to test our intelligent..beside that,they also will look at our appearance when interviewing,such as:

# Dress to impress. Wearing professional attire is still expected at interviews in the modern workplace. Be sure that your clothes are wrinkle-free and that shoes are polished or brushed. Pay attention to the little details like lint on a suit or an inappropriate purse that can take away from a professional appearance.
